Limit the number of submissions per applicant
Prevent applicants from submitting more than one submission.

Some programs may limit the number of submissions allowed per applicant. If you have no limits imposed on your applicants, you can skip this article.
To limit the number of submissions per applicant, first navigate to your program.
Under the Program Settings drop down menu, click Applicant Settings.
Check the box for Limit Number of Applications per Applicant and then enter the maximum number of applications allowed and click Save.
Override Per Category
The above setting is the default across the board for all categories. But it is also possible to get even more specific for each category. Perhaps in one category you limit the applicant to submitting only one, but in another category you allow them to submit up to three. See the article on setting up categories for more details.
